At AMTPC, we are committed to delivering your high-performance technology and computer components in a timely, secure, and professional manner. This policy outlines our shipping practices for all orders placed on amtpc.com.

1. Shipping Coverage

• Local Delivery: We currently ship to all regions and governorates across Oman. Please note that certain remote or restricted areas may have limited access, which will be clarified at checkout.
• International Shipping: For international orders, please contact our support team at info@amtpc.com directly before placing your order to verify availability and shipping feasibility.

2. Order Processing Time

• Standard Orders: Orders are typically processed and prepared for dispatch within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
• Custom Builds: Orders involving PC assembly or specialized configuration may require an additional 1–3 business days for testing and quality assurance.
• Weekends & Holidays: Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. During peak seasons or promotional events, slight processing delays may occur.

3. Estimated Delivery Times

Once your order has been processed and handed over to our courier, the following delivery windows apply:

• Muscat & Surrounding Areas: 1–3 business days.
• Other Cities in Oman (Salalah, Sohar, Nizwa, etc.): 2–5 business days.
• Express Delivery: Options for faster delivery may be available at checkout depending on your specific location.
• Note: Delivery times are approximate and may be subject to delays beyond our control (e.g., weather or logistics issues).

4. Shipping Charges

• Calculation: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address, the total weight of the package, and the dimensions of the items.
• Promotions: From time to time, AMTPC may offer Free Shipping on orders exceeding a certain value or during specific promotional events.
• Customs/Duties: For international orders, the recipient is responsible for any customs fees, import duties, taxes, or additional charges incurred during the customs clearance process.

5. Order Tracking

• Tracking: Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email or SMS containing your unique tracking number and delivery details.
• Delivery Attempts: Our shipping partners will attempt delivery to your provided address. If the recipient is unavailable, the courier may leave a notification or attempt re-delivery on a subsequent day.

6. Delivery & Inspection

• Proof of Delivery: Upon arrival, the customer (or an authorized representative) must sign the proof of delivery document.
• Physical Inspection: Important: Please inspect the external packaging for any signs of damage before signing. If the package appears severely damaged, crushed, or opened, please note this on the delivery receipt and contact us immediately.
• Signature Impact: By signing the delivery document without noting damage, the customer acknowledges that the product was received in good external physical condition.

7. Delivery Issues

If your package is delayed beyond the estimated timeframe, or if you receive an item that was damaged during transit, please contact our support team within 24 hours of the delivery attempt on:

• Damage/Issues: If you experience delivery issues or receive a damaged product, you must contact our support team within 24 hours of delivery at info@amtpc.com.
• Unforeseen Delays: AMTPC is not responsible for delays caused by natural disasters, customs processing, or other unforeseen factors beyond our control. We will, however, work diligently to help resolve any issues that arise.
