1. Return & Exchange Window

• • General Returns: You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange for eligible items.

• • Defective Products: If a product has a manufacturing defect, you must notify us within 15 days of receipt for a replacement or refund.

2. Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for a return or exchange, the item must meet the following criteria:

• • The product must be in original, unused, and unassembled condition.

• • It must be in the original packaging (box/case) including all accessories, manuals, warranty cards, and cables.

• • You must provide the original purchase invoice or valid proof of purchase.

• • The product’s barcode or serial number must not have been scanned for activation or subscription.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they possess a verified manufacturing defect:

• • Software and Digital Downloads: Any product involving a digital key or license.

• • Opened Peripherals: Mice, keyboards, or headsets where the seal is broken.

• • Assembled PCs: Custom-built systems (except for individual component failure covered under warranty).

• • Specific Screen Issues: For monitors/screens, a return is only applicable if there are 5 or more dead/non-luminous pixels.

• • Final Sale Items: Any product marked as “Final Sale” at the time of purchase.

4. Return Procedure

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

1. 1. Inspection: For defective claims, the product must be verified by our specialized technicians. No refund or exchange will be issued until the technical inspection is complete.

1. 1. Data Responsibility: AMTPC is not responsible for any data loss. Please ensure all personal data is backed up and wiped before returning storage devices or PCs.

5. Shipping & Fees

• • Damaged/Incorrect Items: If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, AMTPC will cover the return shipping costs. You must report damages within 24 hours of delivery.

• • Change of Mind: For all other eligible returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping expenses.

• • Non-Refundable Fees: Delivery and installation charges are non-refundable.

• • Restocking Fee: AMTPC reserves the right to charge a restocking fee for items returned with damaged packaging or missing non-essential components.

6. Refund Process

• • Approval: Once your return is inspected and approved, we will process your refund within 4 to 7 business days.

• • Method: Refunds will be issued via the original payment method. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to reflect the balance in your account.

7. Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order, please email info@amtpc.com immediately. If the order has already been dispatched, the standard return procedure and shipping fees will apply.

8. Important Disclaimers

• • Proof of Delivery: By signing the delivery receipt, the customer acknowledges the product is free of external physical damage (cracks, breaks, etc.). Claims for physical damage made after signing will not be eligible for return.

• • Misuse: This policy does not cover defects resulting from misuse, poor electrical conditions, or unauthorized third-party repairs/installations.

Used & Pre-Owned Product Disclaimer

Some products sold on AMTPC may be listed as Used, Pre-Owned, or Refurbished. These items may show minor cosmetic signs of usage such as scratches, marks, or wear, unless otherwise stated in the product description.

Warranty Information

Warranty terms for used products may differ from brand-new products.

• Most used items include a 3-Day Check Warranty unless otherwise specified.
• Warranty coverage and conditions will be discussed and confirmed with the customer at the time of purchase.
• The warranty only covers functional defects and does not cover cosmetic condition, misuse, liquid damage, electrical damage, software issues, or physical damage caused after purchase.

Product Condition

Customers are strongly advised to contact AMTPC before purchasing used products to confirm:

• Current working condition
• Cosmetic condition
• Included accessories
• Warranty eligibility
• Compatibility or testing details

By purchasing a used/pre-owned item, the customer acknowledges that they understand the item is not brand new and agree to the stated condition and warranty terms.

Returns & Exchanges for Used Products

Used products are generally non-returnable and non-refundable unless:

• The item arrives not functioning as described, and
• The issue is reported within the provided warranty/check period.
